Face Forward
Have you ever struggled with acne? Is it still a struggle? What about cystic acne? Anything that my body cannot handle shows up on my face, in the form of acne. It's been that way for years. I am finally starting to see improvement, but it's been a long and difficult road to get to this point.

I Love My Running
I have been running since 1997 and I love it. I tend to have a love-hate relationship, however, with the marathon. I love it because of the feeling of accomplishment. I hate it because it's so damn hard, for me anyway. Back in October, 2014, when I completed the Victoria marathon I swore never again. So why, oh why, would I even consider putting my body through that yet again?
