While we have long known how crucial it is to put good things into the body, the products that we use on the body generally never rate the same attention. That changed a number of years back. Have you seen someone suffer a chemical burn from a commercially marketed freshener. We have. This freshener was not sprayed directly on the skin, but rather onto a piece of sporting equipment that was then worn against the skin. Even after washing the equipment several times and buffering with a layer of clothing between the skin and the equipment, the chemicals continued to irritate the skin, to the point where the equipment was eventually thrown out. It was a costly and valuable less. What we put on our bodies is every bit as important as what we put in our bodies.
